Dewunmi obtained her first degree from the University of Lagos and holds an LL.M in Corporate and Securities Law from the University College, London. She is a recipient of the prestigious Jeremy Bentham award from the University College London.
Prior to starting Legal Inn, Dewunmi was the head of the Legal and Regulatory at Axxcorp Limited. Before then, she was Senior Associate at the law firm of Sefton Fross. Dewunmi also worked as an Associate at Templars, Barristers and Solicitors.
Adewunmi has advised clients on a wide range of finance transactions including Real Estate Finance, project finance, asset finance, structured finance, as well as syndicated lending, and has been involved in the documentation of various corporate, projects, acquisition & leverage finance transactions. She was part of the team that advised the Lenders on the Afren US$50 Million Financing backed by warrants, the US$ 100Million subordinated reserve based lending, as well as Afren US$450 Million reserve based financing. She had a pivotal role advising on a host of other transactions including the project sponsors in respect of a US$250 Million multiple development project in Abuja, FCT, which includes the development of a 5 Star Hotel and a Four Star Hotel; on the development of a US$20 Million shopping mall in Lagos State the N6 Billion loan restructuring by Anchorage Leisures Limited to develop an hotel in Lagos, Nigeria,the co-arrangers in connection with the US$210 million financing and implementation a real estate Project.
Titi graduated from the University of Lagos and completed her Masters in Law (LLM) in International Business Law at the prestigious University College London. She currently applies her expertise in the firms Finance and infrastructure group. Prior to joining legal inn, she worked in the firm of Jackson Etti and Edu as an Associate where she advised on numerous commercial transactions.
Titi has extensive experience advising on corporate commercial and finance transactions. She was part of the team that advisedthe $100 Million Term Finance Facility to be provided by Standard Chartered Bank to an indigenous manufacturing company, provided legal opinions and general legal advisory services to a number of companies including matters relating to corporate restructuring, financing, regulatory compliance and liaison etc, conducted Legal Due Diligence exercises on companies such as West Group Limited, PNN Limited and their subsidiaries on behalf of a financial advisory firm/fund manager and providing a Current Assessment Report on the findings.
Yetunde is legal professional with expertise in corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law, contracts and contract management, mining law and insurance law. She has academic and practical knowledge of commercial practices, contracting principles, financial services and the mineral industry. Yetunde holds a LLB and BL from the University of Lagos and LLM in commercial law and practice from the University Of Bristol, United Kingdom.
Before joining Legal Inn as a partner, Yetunde worked as a Legal Assistant at Treasure Guard Financial and Legal Services Limited, Bristol, United Kingdom. After which she was employed as a Legal/Commercial Specialist Assistant at Rio Tinto Mining and Exploration Limited, Bristol, United Kingdom where she worked in the legal/commercial department handling all legal matters with respect to mining by the company in South Africa, Republic of Congo and various other African countries.
Yetunde moved back to Nigeria in 2008 where she joined L&A Legal Consultants, as an Associate Counsel. At L&A, she was in charge of handling matters relating to corporate management and secretarial services, mining services and oil and gas. Yetunde joined Legal Inn in 2011 and has successfully advised and served as solicitor on behalf of Legal Inn to Ranona Limited in the 100% transfer of its shares to Olam International Limited for the sum of $600,000 (Six hundred thousand dollars). Also Yetunde has handled management and transfer of various properties for our clients.
